This pattern is fully-illustrated, with step-by-step directions, for easy assembly with no Y seams! Lap: 53″ x 56″, Wall Hanging 36″ X 35 1/2″. The Fresh Fruit pattern comes with two layouts: a lap quilt size that includes the striped background blocks and a wall-hanging size made up of the fruit blocks only. This quilt is so fun to put together and a great way to build skills in piecing each block’s combination of shapes. There are six different fruit blocks: lemons, limes, oranges, strawberries, watermelons, and grapes. This raw-edge appliqué project features layered squares to create the petals of the sunflowers. Sunflowers Ala Lulu is a great introduction to a more artistic approach to quilting. Adjust the size accordingly to make it fit your table or gift it to your favorite bloke as a throw! Either way, it will be treasured! The individual leaves are trimmed to 4 1/2″ and the entire shamrock are trimmed to 8 1/2″ so the Creative Grids® CGR4 and/or CGR8 are recommended.
